I’m nobody to you, but in four minutes we can establish a connection

I’m a photographer, but I do get in front of the camera sometimes.

I’ve been into too many things almost since the time I got into this profession of blogging.

The very first thing I picked up that could’ve been a profession was photography. I almost got into it but then something even more interesting & expressive happened.

It was back in 2010 during my college days, when I saw Dr. John Watson (Google it if you’re not aware of who he is) busy on his laptop. That’s when I heard Sherlock say “blogging” & it immediately caught my attention.

With no resource to know more about it, I slept with the idea…

I feel ashamed to share my mistakes, but this will save you years

I was a shabby blogger back in 2011. I remember, my first blog post was a copy-paste of news that read “Instagram was banned in Iran.”

I can say I’m not that shabby anymore, I write decently well. People get the point I wanna make and happily engage with what I have to say.

But I’m full of mistakes. Even after learning from my mistakes, I’m still getting things wrong. I have made it my life’s mission to document my mistakes and share them on relevant platforms.

Here are 5 mistakes I think aspiring writers (I proudly call myself a…

I have been practicing these for years now, it works & extremely difficult

Being a writer isn’t easy. Deciding to be one is easy though.

When I started out as a blogger in 2011, I had no one to guide me, I didn’t even realize what to look for. Everything I’d do was right for me. No formal training whatsoever.

I lacked habits. The habit of auditing, being mindful, asking for help, looking for people in my industry. I was blind for a very long time.

Who taught me? My failures. After I failed, I realized & went on to audit myself & found a chunk of bad habits.

Here are 5 habits…

Blogging has become one of the most attractive professions in 2021, already. This post is for those who find it difficult to write better content for their blog or for the client you’re writing for.

I’ve come across several people asking for help regarding visibility online, mostly they’re students or beginners who’re into blogging. I’ll tell you about my beginning.

When I started blogging in early 2011, I had no clue of what topics should I be writing on. I’d write on anything I could think of, without any strategy. …

2020 was miserable. 2021 hasn’t been any different. There was a fire in Australia, Glacier burst in India, Earthquake in New Zealand & whatnot.

And it’s just February. 10 months to go.

I didn’t start talking negatively to discourage you. That was a hook.

So here’s what I want to say.

No matter what year it is, there’s no alternative to hard work. In fact, even hard work can be replicated but hard work without clarity is just a waste of time & energy.

5 ways I’ve been getting out of writer’s block without even realizing

Photo by Thought Catalog on Unsplash

I’ve been in writer’s block for the past couple of months now. I just cannot write something really good. The last time something really amazing & natural came out of me was months ago. You can feel that lightness when you publish something from bottom of your heart.

The main reason I think behind writer’s block is lack of inspiration & clarity about the subject you want to write about.

There’s something called ‘Flow state’, to get into that flow state, you should create an environment for your brain to think in the direction you want to write about.

It’s a real thing already & there will be an official position in the near future

I’m from India, a nation with 1.37 billion people & nearly 50% of us have access to the internet.

I remember back in the days when Facebook was a social networking site & it was booming. I hate to admit but Facebook is on a downfall, but that’s a different story altogether.

The most underrated digital marketing strategy that nobody is talking about is meme culture, or as they call it, memejacking.

Memes are welcomed with open arms on social media. Memes are gasoline & social media is a burning matchstick.

Your sense of humor can land you in a…

5 lessons I learned the hard way on my way to start building a personal brand

Photo by Kristian Egelund on Unsplash

I started as a blogger, then consulted clients for SEO, practiced digital marketing concepts & served clients with that too. I wanted more.

I wanted to be known for the work I do, hence I picked up building a personal brand around my work as my life mission.

I wanted to sure that whatever I sell doesn’t have to be dependant on a marketing platform to reach my target audience. I wanted to be that platform itself, hence the personal brand.

Fusing a thing or two I know about digital marketing with what I observed & learned from the existing…
